ELEVATE PROGRAM
Our five-day management and leadership programme designed to support and develop emerging talent and leadership candidates in your organisation. Based on management science, but designed to be delivered in a very practical manner, the programme will see participants cover the following areas over the duration of the programme:
- Psychometric report and team profiling for greater self and team awareness
- Emotional intelligence supported with 360 EQ and feedback report
- Problem solving and decision making
- Management and influential leadership skills

- Individual coaching skills development
- Performance management and difficult conversations

As part of the five-day programme, participants will identify, develop and deliver a project that brings value to them, their department and organisation.
Participants will be supported in their journey in the programme with two individual coaching sessions provided by our EMCC accredited coaches
RE PROGRAM
Our two day RE Programme has been developed to allow senior leadership figures the opportunity to reflect, refocus, reset, refresh, rejuvenate and relaunch.
The workshops taking place across the two days have been designed to meet the changing needs of the modern executive.
The two days will be a combination of seminars and clinics which will reinvigorate the Head, Heart, Body & Soul of the individual. These will include the following:
